1. Stage
In a bowl we put the sifted flour and grate the butter. Rub it with your hands, add the milk and knead quickly. Roll out into a circle, put into a form (d = 22 cm). Take it to the fridge for now.
2. Stage
Now make the custard. Bring the milk to a boil. In a saucepan mix yolks, sugar, vanilla and flour. Now, quickly stirring, pour a thin stream of hot milk. Place on a small fire and, stirring constantly, cook until it thickens. Take out the form with the dough and put the cream on it.
3. Stage
Wash the plums, remove the pips and cut them into slices. Place them on top of the cream, pressing them in a little.
4. Stage
Bake at 190 for 60 minutes. It is better to eat it when it is completely cooled and has stood for at least 1-2 hours.
