1. Canola oil 3 tablespoons
2. Chinese eggplants, halved lengthwise and cut into 1 inch half moons 4
3. Water 1 cup
4. Garlic powder 3 tablespoons
5. Crushed red pepper flakes 1 tablespoon
6. Light soy sauce 2 tablespoons
7. Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
8. White sugar 5 teaspoons
9. Cornstarch 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Eggplant with Garlic Sauce

1 . Stage

Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook and stir eggplant in hot oil until soft, about 4 minutes. Stir in water, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Cover and simmer until water is absorbed.

Meanwhile, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl until sugar and cornstarch are dissolved.
