6. White sugar - 1 ⅔ cups
7. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
8. Melted butter - ½ cup
9. Honey - ½ cup
10. Vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons
11. Grated unpeeled zucchini - 3 cups
12. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
13. Flaked coconut - ½ cup

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Stir together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl until blended. Set aside.
