Ingredients for - Blueberry Muffins I

1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
2. White sugar - ½ cup
3. Baking powder - 3 teaspoons
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Milk - ¾ cup
6. Vegetable oil - ⅓ cup
7. Egg - 1
8. Fresh blueberries - 1 cup
9. Grated lemon zest - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Blueberry Muffins I

1. Stage

Heat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Grease bottoms only of 12 muffin cups or line with baking cups.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, blueberries, grated lemon zest and salt; mix well. In a small bowl, combine milk, oil and egg; blend well. Add dry ingredients all at once; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be lumpy.)

3. Stage

Fill cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 1 minute before removing from pan. Serve warm.
