1. Grated unpeeled zucchini - 3 cups
2. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
3. Baking soda - 1 ½ teaspoons
4. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
5. White sugar - 2 cups
6. Brown sugar - 1 cup
7. Ground cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
8. Ground cloves - ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
10. Salt - ½ teaspoon
11. Eggs - 4
12. Unsweetened applesauce - 1 cup
13. Vegetable oil - ¾ cup
14. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Spice Cake

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x13-inch pan.

Place grated zucchini in a colander and set aside to drain.
