1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Pork butt steaks, cubed - 1 pound
3. Cabbage, chopped - ½ medium head
4. Onion, chopped - 1
5. Chopped carrots - 1 cup
6. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
7. Garlic, chopped - 1 clove
8. Chicken stock - 1 cup
9. Cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
10. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
11. Ground mustard powder - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt - 1 teaspoon
13. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
14. Water - ¼ cup
15. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Braised Pork and Vegetable Stew

1. Stage

Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add pork; cook and stir until browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove to a dish.

2. Stage

Add cabbage, onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the hot pot; saute for 10 minutes. Add pork back to the pot with chicken stock, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer until pork is tender, 30 to 40 minutes.

3. Stage

Whisk water and cornstarch in a small bowl; pour into the stew. Cook and stir until thickened, about 5 minutes.
