1. Vanilla-flavored whey protein powder 1 ¼ cups
2. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
3. Baking soda 1 teaspoon
4. Salt 1 teaspoon
5. Unsalted butter, softened 1 cup
6. White sugar ¾ cup
7. Sucralose and brown sugar blend (such as Splenda® brown sugar blend) 6 tablespoons
8. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
9. Eggs 2 large
10. Chocolate chips 1 (10 ounce) bag
11. Chopped walnuts (Optional) 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Whey Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine whey protein, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.

Beat butter, white sugar, brown sugar substitute, and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing each one in fully before adding the next. Slowly beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts by hand.

Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
