3. Eggs - 3
4. Flaxseed meal - ¼ cup
5. Salt - 1 teaspoon
6. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Potato Leek Latkes

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine potatoes and leek in a food processor; process until mashed. Add eggs, flaxseed meal, and salt; pulse until incorporated.
