How to cook deliciously - Tender secret cutlets
1 . Stage
Pour the Semolina from Mistral in a bowl, boil the water.
2 . Stage
Stirring to avoid lumps, pour boiling water into the groats and leave to swell for 10 minutes.
3 . Stage
In a blender, put the swollen semolina, herbs, onions and eggs, and grind everything into a smooth mass.
4 . Stage
Add this mixture to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Knead the minced meat well and leave for 30 minutes.
5 . Stage
Form the cutlets. I used a serving ring.
6 . Stage
Batter the cutlets in flour and pan-fry on both sides.
7 . Stage
Remove excess oil from the pan and place a slice of cheese on each cutlet. Any kind of cheese is fine - melted cheese slices are fine too!
8 . Stage
Place the cutlets in the heated oven until the cheese melts and you're ready to eat!
