Ingredients for - Chinky's Mango Bread

1. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
2. Ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
3. Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. White sugar - 1 ¼ cups
6. Eggs - 2
7. Vegetable oil - ¾ cup
8. Mangos, peeled, seeded and chopped - 2 ½ cups
9. Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
10. Raisins - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Chinky's Mango Bread

1. Stage

Combine all of the dry ingredients. Beat eggs with oil and add to flour mixture. Add mangoes, lemon and raisins.

2. Stage

Pour into 2 greased 8 x 4 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F -175 degrees C (325 degrees F for glass pans) for about 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
