1. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
2. Water - ⅔ cup
3. Chopped cabbage - 4 cups
4. Cooked bacon, crumbled - 6 strips
5. Eggs - 2
6. Sausage, diced, or more to taste (Optional) - 1
7. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
8. Cooked shrimp (Optional) - ¼ cup
9. Shredded cheese (Optional) - ¼ cup
10. Tenkasu (tempura pearls) - ¼ cup
11. Vegetable oil, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
12. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
13. Ketchup - 1 tablespoon
14. White vinegar - 1 teaspoon
15. Panko bread crumbs, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
16. Mayonnaise, or to taste - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Okonomiyaki (Japanese Pancake)

1. Stage

Mix flour and water together in a bowl until smooth. Stir in cabbage, bacon, eggs, sausage, green onions, shrimp, cheese, and tenkasu.

Preheat a griddle to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and coat with oil.

Pour 1/4 of batter onto preheated griddle. Cook until golden brown, about 6 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving plate. Repeat to make a total of 4 pancakes.

Make sauce: Mix soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar together in a small bowl. Drizzle over pancakes.

Garnish with panko and mayonnaise.
