How to cook deliciously - Strawberry-flavored cakes
1. Stage
Beat the egg with sugar, add sour cream, baking soda, vanilla, and flour.

Bake at 175 degrees in a baking dish lined with oiled parchment paper. Allow to cool.

While the biscuit is baking, make the cream: soak the gelatin in a little cold water (I poured 1 tbsp). Mix the powdered sugar and yogurt. Put the gelatin on a water bath and, stirring, combine with the yogurt, cook until the gelatin dissolves. Leave to cool.
4. Stage
Cut the cooled biscuit into rectangles (even number). I had 12 pieces.
5. Stage
Smear one billet with strawberry jam, then cream the yogurt and cover the other half. Smear the cream on the top and sides of the cake. Decorate with strawberries (I didn't have fresh ones, so I decorated with frozen ones). Put our cakes in the fridge for about half an hour.
