How to cook deliciously - Potato pie with cheese
1. Stage
We make a shortbread dough. Mix the flour with salt and add butter. Cut it with two knives into crumbs and add half of the water. Stir with a fork and add the rest of the water.

Knead the dough with your hands into a ball and send it to freeze.

Roll out the dough. Roll the dough in flour on both sides and roll out a rectangle. Put two edges together and then in half. And so several times. Wrap in clingfilm and send to freezer. Repeat the procedure 2-3 times.

Slice the potatoes thinly and boil them until half cooked. Place half of them on the dough.

Put thinly sliced butter on the potatoes, and spread the cheese on top.

Place remaining potatoes, and butter. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
