7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
9. Water - 2 tablespoons
10. Red onion, thinly sliced - ½
11. Crumbled blue cheese - 4 ounces
12. Mixed salad greens - 1 pound
