1. Mahi mahi fillets, diced, or more to taste ¾ pound
2. Lime juice ⅓ cup
3. Lemon juice ⅓ cup
4. Minced jalapeno pepper 1 tablespoon
5. Salt, or to taste ½ teaspoon
6. Dried oregano 1 pinch
7. Cayenne pepper 1 pinch
8. Diced avocados ½ cup
9. Peeled and seeded diced cucumber ½ cup
10. Diced orange segments ½ cup
11. Chopped fresh chives ½ cup
12. Radishes, sliced 2 tablespoons
13. Chopped cilantro 1 tablespoon
14. Olive oil 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Mahi Mahi Ceviche

1 . Stage

Stir mahi mahi, lime juice, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, salt, oregano, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl. Press down fish to completely immerse in liquid. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and press plastic wrap down so that it is touching the fish. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 6 hours.

2 . Stage

Stir avocado, cucumber, orange, chives, radish, cilantro, and olive oil into mahi mahi mixture until completely coated. Season with salt. Unknown
