Ingredients for - Dijon Mashed Potatoes

1. Potatoes, peeled and cubed - 3 large
2. Reduced fat sour cream - ¾ cup
3. Nonfat milk - ½ cup
4. Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
5. Garlic salt to taste - 2 tablespoons
6. Ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Dijon Mashed Potatoes

1. Stage

Place the cubed potatoes in a pot with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, and cook 15 minutes, or until tender.

2. Stage

Drain potatoes and transfer to a bowl. Mash with a potato masher, and gradually mix in the sour cream, nonfat milk, and Dijon mustard. Season with garlic salt and pepper.
