1. 15 assorted tomatoes (Roma, heirloom)
2. 18 cherry tomatoes
3. 1 red bell pepper
4. 3 Anaheim chilies
5. 2 jalapeños
6. 1/2 red onion
7. 1 1/2 can tomato sauce
8. 3 green onions
9. 1/4 c. Chopped cilantro
10. Juice of 1 lime
11. Salt
12. Oregano

How to cook deliciously - Ramblin' Rosie's Smoky Roasted Salsa

1 . Stage

Halve tomatoes and skewer cherry tomatoes.

2 . Stage

Quarter and seed bell pepper.

3 . Stage

Brush tomatoes, pepper, chilies, and red onion with vegetable oil.

4 . Stage

Wrap onion in foil.

5 . Stage

Place vegetables on grill with 2 mesquite wood chips that have soaked in water for an hour.

6 . Stage

Cook until skins easily fall off.

7 . Stage

Chop all cooked ingredients and place in bowl.

8 . Stage

Let cool and add tomato sauce. Stir to combine.

9 . Stage

Add green onion, cilantro, and lime juice, and season to taste.
