Ingredients for - Ann's Rice Pilaf

1. Chicken bouillon granules - 2 teaspoons
2. Water - 2 cups
3. Butter - ¼ cup
4. Broken pieces vermicelli pasta - ¾ cup
5. Long grain white rice - 1 cup
6. Freshly ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Salt - ½ teaspoon
8. Greek seasoning, or to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Ann's Rice Pilaf

1. Stage

Dissolve chicken bouillon in water in a bowl.

2. Stage

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir vermicelli pieces until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Pour bouillon mixture into the skillet with the vermicelli.

4. Stage

Stir rice, black pepper, salt, and Greek seasoning into the vermicelli mixture and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low; simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed, 20 to 25 minutes.
