Ingredients for - Cajun Seafood Pasta

1. Dry fettuccine pasta - 1 pound
2. Heavy whipping cream - 2 cups
3. Chopped green onions - 1 cup
4. Chopped parsley - 1 cup
5. Chopped fresh basil - 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped fresh thyme - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt - 2 teaspoons
8. Ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
9. Crushed red pepper flakes - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Ground white pepper - 1 teaspoon
11. Shrimp, peeled and deveined - ½ pound
12. Scallops - ½ pound
13. Shredded Swiss cheese - ½ cup
14. Grated Parmesan cheese - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cajun Seafood Pasta

1. Stage

Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil. Cook fettuccine at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain once done cooking.

Meanwhile, pour cream into a large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until just about boiling. Reduce heat and add green onions, parsley, basil, thyme, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and white pepper. Simmer until thickened, 7 to 8 minutes.
