1. Stage
Soak the dried fruit in warm water for two hours. You can take in equal proportions or as you prefer. Rinse well. Cut the apricots into small pieces.

Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add the cottage cheese and sour cream. Then add flour, salt and baking soda. Stir to mix. Add dried fruit and mix again.
3. Stage
Place the dough in a mold and place in the preheated oven. Bake the muffin at a medium temperature for 40-60 minutes. When the crust has darkened, leave to cool completely in the oven. Check readiness by poking the cupcake with a thin wooden stick. Bon appetit!
