How to cook deliciously - French fries
1. Stage
Heat the oil to 160 degrees in a large pan. The oil should completely cover the potatoes.

Combine all seasoning ingredients and set aside for a while.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices. Dry with paper towels. Fry the potatoes in small portions for 4 minutes.

Transfer the potatoes to a paper towel to remove excess fat. Increase the oil temperature to 190 degrees. As soon as the butter is ready, fry the potatoes again until crisp golden.

Remove from oil, pat dry with a towel. Salt immediately. Sprinkle cooked seasoning with cheese and red pepper. Serve with garlic sauce.
