Ingredients for - Cherkassy Roast

1. Beef - 1 kg
2. Potatoes - 1.5 kg
3. Bulb onions - 200 gram
4. Tomato sauce - 50 gram
5. Sour cream 15% - 150 gram
6. Green peas - 200 gram
7. Parsley (greens) - 100 gram
8. Vegetable oil - 100 Ml
9. Black pepper - taste
10. Salt - taste

How to cook deliciously - Cherkassy Roast

1. Stage

Cut the meat into slices, beat a little with a hammer, salt, pepper and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.

Cut the potatoes into cubes and fry them after meat. Chop and fry the onion.
