How to cook deliciously - Krakow sausage with vegetables in foil

Layer a mold suitable for grilling with foil. If you do not have it, you can do as follows. Fold in half a large sheet of foil and fold the edges to form a rim. For security, you can additionally fasten it with paper clips. Grease with vegetable oil.

Peel and cut carrots into slices. Place them in a mold.

Peel the onion and cut into large slices. Place on top of the carrots.

Then add peeled and coarsely chopped bell peppers.

Peel the garlic and cut into thin petals. Send to the prepared vegetables.

Wash the zucchini and coarsely chop them. I have a young zucchini with thin skin, so I left it. In old and overgrown zucchini, it is better to cut off the skin. Place in the form.

Peel the Krakow sausage and cut into toasted circles. Place on top of the vegetables.

Season to taste (I used my favorite Italian herbs and freshly ground black pepper), you can add your favorite seasonings. Add the butter chopped into pieces.

Pour the soy sauce. I do not recommend adding salt right away, so that the vegetables do not get a lot of juice. It is better to do it 5...10 minutes before it is ready.

Cover the form with the vegetables with a sheet of foil, fold up the edges. Make a few punctures with a thin needle to release steam.

Place the vegetables on the grill of the barbecue. Cover the barbecue with a lid. Bake for one hour. 10 minutes before cooking, carefully open the top sheet of foil and salt to taste. I did not salt, as I had enough salt from the sausage and soy sauce.
