1. Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces 3 large
2. Chicken broth 6 cups
3. Orange-flavored liqueur (such as Cointreau®) 1 tablespoon
4. Fat-free half-and-half ½ cup
5. Ground nutmeg ¾ teaspoon
6. Freshly grated ginger ½ teaspoon
7. Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
8. Cayenne pepper (Optional) ¼ teaspoon

1 . Stage
