Ingredients for - Antipasto Chopped Salad

1. 2 large heads romaine, chopped
2. 1/2 c. artichoke hearts
3. 1/2 c. mini mozzarella balls, halved
4. 6 slices salami, quartered
5. 1/2 c. grape tomatoes, halved
6. 1/4 c. black olives, sliced
7. 3 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
8. 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
9. 1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
10. 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
11. 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
12. 1 garlic clove, minced
13. 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
14. Kosher salt
15. Freshly ground black pepper

How to cook deliciously - Antipasto Chopped Salad

1 . Stage

Make DiGiorno Pizzeria! Thin Margherita pizza according to package instructions. 

2 . Stage

Meanwhile, combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. 

3 . Stage

Make dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until combined. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss until combined.
