1. Vegetable oil for deep frying, or as needed - 2 cups
2. Pancake mix (such as Aunt Jemima® Original) - 2 cups
3. Milk - 1 ½ cups
4. Eggs - 2
5. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
6. Water - ½ cup
7. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
8. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
9. Bacon - 1 pound

How to cook deliciously - Pancake-Dipped Bacon Sticks

Heat 2 cups oil in a large pot.

Combine pancake mix, milk, eggs, and 2 tablespoons oil in a bowl. Stir until large lumps disappear, but do not overmix. Let stand 3 to 4 minutes to thicken. Add water, brown sugar, and white sugar. Mix to combine.
