Ingredients for - Peanut Noodles

1. Spaghetti - 8 ounces
2. Green onions, sliced (white parts only) - 1 bunch
3. Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
4. Minced fresh ginger root - 1 teaspoon
5. Peanut butter - ⅓ cup
6. Soy sauce - ¼ cup
7. Hot water - ¼ cup
8. Cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
9. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
10. Crushed red pepper flakes - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Peanut Noodles

1. Stage

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done. Drain.

2. Stage

Meanwhile, combine oil and onions in a small skillet. Saute over low heat until tender. Add ginger; cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Mix in peanut butter, soy sauce, water, vinegar, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Remove from heat.

Toss noodles with sauce, and serve.
