How to cook deliciously - Scandinavian salad with fresh cucumbers
1. Stage
We take a fresh cucumber - a long one. We use about half of it for two servings, but don't cut it off at once - it's more convenient to work with it.
2. Stage
Slice the cucumber into thin strips with a vegetable peeler. In doing so, throw away the first strip, which consists almost only of the peel. When you get to the core with seeds, you can start from the opposite side.

Slice the core and seeds into thin strips with a knife. When done, place the cucumber strips in a bowl.

We take dill and finely chop it.

Add the dill to the bowl with the cucumber and mix gently with your hands. Do not dress the salad right away, otherwise it will run down and become flabby, especially since the dressing is very simple.

To serve, put portions of the salad on plates, sprinkle with salt, sugar and a splash of vinegar. Stir gently.
