2. Tapioca flour - 2 tablespoons
3. Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
4. Light soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
5. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
6. Ground white pepper - ½ teaspoon
7. Vegetable oil, divided, or as needed - ¼ cup
8. Whole unpeeled prawns, divided - 1 pound
