Ingredients for - Broccoli Cheese Soup

1. Butter - ½ cup
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Frozen chopped broccoli - 1 (16 ounce) package
4. Chicken broth - 4 (14.5 ounce) cans
5. Processed cheese food, cubed - 1 (1 pound) loaf
6. Milk - 2 cups
7. Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
8. Cornstarch - ⅔ cup
9. Water - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Broccoli Cheese Soup

1. Stage

Melt butter in a stockpot over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened. Stir in broccoli. Add broth and simmer until broccoli is tender, 10 to 15 minutes.

Reduce heat; add cheese cubes and stir until melted. Stir in milk and garlic powder.
