Ingredients for - Breakfast Cheesesteaks

1. Eggs, divided - 6 large
2. Milk - 2 tablespoons
3. Bread - 4 thick slices
4. Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown® Chicken Sausage Patties - 1 (5 ounce) package
5. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
6. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
7. Red bell pepper, thinly sliced - ½
8. Green bell pepper, thinly sliced - ½
9. Red onion, thinly sliced - ½ small
10. Provolone cheese - 2 slices
11. Salt and pepper, to taste - 2 slices

How to cook deliciously - Breakfast Cheesesteaks

1. Stage

In medium bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and milk; dip bread into egg mixture until fully coated. Cook French toast on griddle or large skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

2. Stage

Cook sausage patties according to package instructions. Cut into strips.

3. Stage

In separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, peppers and onions and saute until browned and tender.

4. Stage

Add cooked sausage strips to pepper and onion mixture; top with cheese and heat until cheese is melted.

5. Stage

Cook remaining eggs over easy, or as desired.

6. Stage

Assemble cheesesteaks by layering french toast with eggs, and pepper, sausage and cheese mixture. Season with salt & pepper and serve open-faced.
