Ingredients for - Breakfast Cheesesteaks

1. Eggs, divided 6 large
2. Milk 2 tablespoons
3. Bread 4 thick slices
4. Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Golden Brown® Chicken Sausage Patties 1 (5 ounce) package
5. Olive oil 1 tablespoon
6. Garlic, minced 1 clove
7. Red bell pepper, thinly sliced ½
8. Green bell pepper, thinly sliced ½
9. Red onion, thinly sliced ½ small
10. Provolone cheese 2 slices
11. Salt and pepper, to taste 2 slices

How to cook deliciously - Breakfast Cheesesteaks

1 . Stage

In medium bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and milk; dip bread into egg mixture until fully coated. Cook French toast on griddle or large skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

2 . Stage

Cook sausage patties according to package instructions. Cut into strips.

3 . Stage

In separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, peppers and onions and saute until browned and tender.

4 . Stage

Add cooked sausage strips to pepper and onion mixture; top with cheese and heat until cheese is melted.

5 . Stage

Cook remaining eggs over easy, or as desired.

6 . Stage

Assemble cheesesteaks by layering french toast with eggs, and pepper, sausage and cheese mixture. Season with salt & pepper and serve open-faced.
