Ingredients for - Whiskey Chicken

1. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch pieces - 2
2. Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic powder - ¼ teaspoon
4. Pineapple juice - 1 cup
5. Bourbon whiskey - 3 tablespoons
6. Ground black pepper - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Whiskey Chicken

1. Stage

Saute chicken in a large skillet over medium high heat until cooked through (no longer pink).

2. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic powder, pineapple juice, whiskey, pepper and sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved and pour over chicken. Let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until sauce is thickened to taste.
