1. Cooked deveined shelled shrimp, tail shells removed - 1 ¼ pounds
2. Avocados - peeled, pitted and diced - 3
3. Green onion tops, chopped - 1 bunch
4. Red tomatoes, diced - 3 large
5. Yellow tomato, diced - 1 large
6. Bell pepper (any color), chopped - 1
7. Cilantro, chopped - ½ bunch
8. Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
