1. Cooked deveined shelled shrimp, tail shells removed 1 ¼ pounds
2. Avocados - peeled, pitted and diced 3
3. Green onion tops, chopped 1 bunch
4. Red tomatoes, diced 3 large
5. Yellow tomato, diced 1 large
6. Bell pepper (any color), chopped 1
7. Cilantro, chopped ½ bunch
8. Fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons
