6. Head Romaine lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces - 1 medium
7. Mixed salad greens - 1 cup
8. Celery, sliced - 3 stalks
9. Red onion, finely sliced - 1 small
10. Halved seedless red grapes - ¾ cup
11. Olive oil - 6 tablespoons
12. Red wine vinegar - 4 tablespoons
13. White sugar - 1 pinch
14. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
15. Shelled salted peanuts, or more to taste - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Chopped Turkey Salad with Grapes

1. Stage

Mix cooked turkey, 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, mustard, and red wine vinegar together in a bowl and set aside.
