1. Balsamic Vinegar - ¼ cup
2. Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. White sugar - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
6. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
7. Chili powder - ½ teaspoon
8. Chopped fresh cilantro - 3 tablespoons
9. Black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
10. Sweet corn, drained - 1 (8.75 ounce) can

How to cook deliciously - Corn and Black Bean Salad

1. Stage

In a small bowl, mix together balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, black pepper, cumin, and chili powder.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, stir together black beans and corn. Toss with vinegar and oil dressing, and garnish with cilantro. Cover, and refrigerate overnight.
