2. Cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce) package

4. White sugar ½ cup
5. Lemon juice 2 tablespoons

7. Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
8. Water ¾ cup
9. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
10. Strawberry-flavored Jell-O® mix 2 tablespoons
11. Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 1 quart

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Bake pie crust until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
