1. Soy sauce 1 cup
2. Dark brown sugar ¾ cup
3. Minced garlic 2 tablespoons
4. Rice wine vinegar 1 tablespoon
5. Chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®) (Optional) 1 tablespoon
6. Ground black pepper 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Grated fresh ginger 1 teaspoon
8. Asian (toasted) sesame oil 1 teaspoon
9. Cornstarch 1 tablespoon
10. Water 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Korean BBQ Sauce

1 . Stage

Stir soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice wine vinegar, chile-garlic sauce, pepper, ginger, and sesame oil together in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

2 . Stage

Whisk cornstarch and water together in a small bowl until the cornstarch dissolves; pour into boiling soy sauce mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the sauce is thick, 3 to 5 minutes.
