Ingredients for - Korean BBQ Sauce

1. Soy sauce - 1 cup
2. Dark brown sugar - ¾ cup
3. Minced garlic - 2 tablespoons
4. Rice wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
5. Chile-garlic sauce (such as Sriracha®) (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
6. Ground black pepper - 1 ½ teaspoons
7. Grated fresh ginger - 1 teaspoon
8. Asian (toasted) sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
9. Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
10. Water - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Korean BBQ Sauce

1. Stage

Stir soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, rice wine vinegar, chile-garlic sauce, pepper, ginger, and sesame oil together in a saucepan; bring to a boil.

2. Stage

Whisk cornstarch and water together in a small bowl until the cornstarch dissolves; pour into boiling soy sauce mixture. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the sauce is thick, 3 to 5 minutes.
