1. Dry onion soup mix - 1 (1 ounce) package
2. White wine vinegar - ½ cup
3. White sugar - ¾ cup
4. Cider vinegar - ⅔ cup
5. Vegetable oil - ⅓ cup
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
8. Zucchini, thinly sliced - 7 small
9. Chopped celery - ½ cup
10. Chopped green bell pepper - ½ cup

1. Stage

Slowly whisk onion soup mix and white wine vinegar together in a bowl. Whisk in sugar, cider vinegar, oil, salt, and black pepper until well incorporated. Add zucchini, celery, and green bell pepper; toss to coat.
