1. Dry onion soup mix 1 (1 ounce) package
2. White wine vinegar ½ cup
3. White sugar ¾ cup
4. Cider vinegar ⅔ cup
5. Vegetable oil ⅓ cup
6. Salt 1 teaspoon
7. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
8. Zucchini, thinly sliced 7 small
9. Chopped celery ½ cup
10. Chopped green bell pepper ½ cup

1 . Stage

Slowly whisk onion soup mix and white wine vinegar together in a bowl. Whisk in sugar, cider vinegar, oil, salt, and black pepper until well incorporated. Add zucchini, celery, and green bell pepper; toss to coat.
