1. Bacon - 1 pound
2. Iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and chopped - 1 large head
3. Red onion, chopped - 1
4. Frozen green peas, thawed - 1 (10 ounce) package
5. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 10 ounces
6. Chopped cauliflower - 1 cup
7. Mayonnaise - 1 ¼ cups
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - ⅔ cup
9. White sugar - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Seven Layer Salad

1. Stage

For the salad: Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels; crumble and set aside.

Place chopped lettuce in a large glass dish or bowl; top with a layer of red onion, peas, shredded cheese, cauliflower, and bacon.
