Ingredients for - Creamy Cauliflower Salad

1. Cauliflower, cut into florets - 1 head
2. Grape tomatoes, quartered - ½ cup
3. Bacon bits - 3 tablespoons
4. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ¼ cup
5. Hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3
6. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
7. Sugar - ⅓ cup
8. Vinegar - 2 tablespoons
9. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Creamy Cauliflower Salad

1. Stage

Place egg in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, and chop.

2. Stage

Toss cauliflower florets, tomatoes, bacon bits, cheese, and eggs together in a bowl.

3. Stage

In a separate bowl, dissolve sugar into vinegar and lemon. Whisk in mayonnaise until thoroughly combined.

4. Stage

Pour dressing over salad, and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate until well-chilled. Toss again gently, and serve.
