How to cook deliciously - Irish meat stew
1. Stage
In a pan with a thick bottom, heat the oil and saute the beef until it is chopped into small pieces. Then add chopped garlic to the meat and warm for a minute.
2. Stage
Pour water, broth, beer and wine into the meat, add tomato paste, sugar, thyme, sauce, salt to taste and sugar, mix well and simmer over low heat after boiling for 1 hour, stir occasionally.

Dice the onions and carrots and fry them in a pan until golden brown.

Add diced potatoes and fried vegetables to the meat, salt and pepper if necessary, cook 40 minutes or until the potatoes are ready.

Serve the stew sprinkled with chopped herbs.
