2. Uncooked ramen noodles, crushed 1 (3 ounce) package
3. Chopped walnuts 1 cup
4. Vegetable oil 1 cup
5. White sugar 1 cup
6. Red wine vinegar ½ cup
7. Soy sauce 3 teaspoons
8. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 3 teaspoons
9. Romaine lettuce, chopped 2 heads

How to cook deliciously - Crunchy Romaine Toss

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir ramen noodles and walnuts until toasted, about 5 minutes. Transfer mixture to a plate lined with paper towels and set aside until cooled.

Whisk together vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
