1. Unsalted butter - ¼ cup
2. Uncooked ramen noodles, crushed - 1 (3 ounce) package
3. Chopped walnuts - 1 cup
4. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
5. White sugar - 1 cup
6. Red wine vinegar - ½ cup
7. Soy sauce - 3 teaspoons
8. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 3 teaspoons
9. Romaine lettuce, chopped - 2 heads
10. Broccoli, coarsely chopped - 1 bunch
11. Green onions, chopped - 4

How to cook deliciously - Crunchy Romaine Toss

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir ramen noodles and walnuts until toasted, about 5 minutes. Transfer mixture to a plate lined with paper towels and set aside until cooled.

Whisk together vegetable oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
