4. Lime juice - 2 teaspoons
5. Mexican seasoning mix (such as Goya® Sazonador Total) - 2 teaspoons
6. Adobo seasoning (such as Goya®) - ¼ teaspoon
7. Chopped green onions - ½ cup
8. Finely chopped red bell pepper - ½ cup
9. Fresh cilantro, chopped - 1 bunch

Cut the corn kernels off the cob using a sharp knife.
