1. Bacon - 1 pound
2. Broccoli florets, chopped - 2 cups
3. Cauliflower florets, chopped - 2 cups
4. Carrot, chopped - 1
5. Chopped green onions - ¼ cup
6. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
7. Distilled white vinegar - ¼ cup
8. Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
9. Garlic powder - 1 pinch
10. Dried basil - 1 pinch
11. Shredded Cheddar cheese - ¼ cup
12. Chopped fresh cilantro, or to taste - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels. Chop and set aside.
