Ingredients for - Sour Cream Sugar Cookies II

1. Butter - ½ cup
2. Lard - ½ cup
3. White sugar - 1 ½ cups
4. Eggs - 2
5. Sour cream - 3 tablespoons
6. Baking soda - ½ teaspoon
7. Sifted all-purpose flour - 3 cups
8. Salt - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Sour Cream Sugar Cookies II

1. Stage

Cream butter, lard and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Mix sour cream and baking soda together and add to egg mixture. Add flour and salt and mix well.

Chill dough until firm enough to roll.

3. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).

4. Stage

Roll out dough and cut with cookie cutter. It's wise to keep dough in refrigerator between rolling out batches. Bake for 5 - 7 minutes.
