How to cook deliciously - Beet kvass

Wash the beets, peel them and cut into small pieces.

Put the beets in the jar, add sugar. I used cane sugar, as it will give additional flavor and help better fermentation of our kvass. Pour 3 liters of warm boiled water, cover and leave.

Bonus idea - we are approaching the Holy Resurrection of Christ - Easter!!! usually, except for onion peels, the assortment of natural colors is exhausted. I propose my idea - let's dip an egg in our beet kvass, adding a little vinegar, and leave it overnight. In the morning we get a dyed egg!!!
