1. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped - 1 medium
3. Olive oil - 7 tablespoons
4. Chopped fresh parsley - ¼ cup
5. Tomato juice - 1 (46 fluid ounce) can
6. Tomato sauce - 1 ½ (15 ounce) cans
7. Worcestershire sauce - 2 teaspoons
8. Salt - 2 teaspoons
9. Garlic salt - ¼ teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Mom's Spaghetti Sauce

1. Stage

Combine ground beef, onion, olive oil, and parsley in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until onions are soft and ground beef is cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes.
