1. Potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges 5 large
2. Vegetable oil ¼ cup
3. Chopped fresh parsley ¼ cup
4. Chopped fresh thyme 1 tablespoon
5. Chopped fresh oregano 1 tablespoon
6. Salt 1 teaspoon
7. Black pepper 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Herby Roasted Potato Wedges

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).

2 . Stage

In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with oil. Arrange in a single layer in a roasting pan.

3 . Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
