1. All-purpose flour - 3 cups
2. Salt - 1 teaspoon
3. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
4. Ground cinnamon - 3 teaspoons
5. Baking powder - ¼ teaspoon
6. Eggs - 3
7. White sugar - 2 cups
8. Vanilla extract - 3 teaspoons
9. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
10. Grated zucchini - 3 cups
11. Chopped walnuts (Optional) - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Sophie's Zucchini Bread

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, baking powder.

Beat eggs. Add and mix well sugar, vanilla, and oil. Add zucchini to egg mixture. Add dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in nuts if desired. Pour into 2 ungreased loaf pans.
