2. Crispy rice cereal squares (such as Rice Chex®), crushed - ½ cup
3. Ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons
4. Coconut oil - 2 teaspoons
5. Sliced fresh strawberries (Optional) - ½ cup
6. Chopped walnuts (Optional) - ¼ cup

Place the apple, rice cereal, cinnamon, and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl.
