3. Ground cinnamon 2 teaspoons
4. Coconut oil 2 teaspoons
5. Sliced fresh strawberries (Optional) ½ cup
6. Chopped walnuts (Optional) ¼ cup

Place the apple, rice cereal, cinnamon, and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl.
